IT’S EASY TO DRAW ATTENTION TO THE THINGS WE THINK WE CAN’T DO. I’ve always thought I’m not a technical person but this is my opinion and my comparison to others who I perceive to be technical wizards! It took me the best part of a year to get my head around setting up my online booking system.  But once I accepted it was a learning process and the most important thing I needed was patience,  I actually started to enjoy the journey. Now here I am again having to learn a new process in order to keep my business running, and ensure my yoga students receive an excellent service, however this time I didn’t have the best part of a year to learn! It was a matter of days......

I’M LEARNING TO FOLLOW MY INTUITION. Fortunately for me, I’d ordered a tripod for my phone some weeks a go, as my intentions were to get some YouTube videos flowing. Fully equipped and after deep contemplation, I decided Zoom and Facebook would be my chosen platform to stream live yoga classes. There’s obviously pros and cons to whatever you choose but for me, I went with my gut instinct. As a yoga teacher I’ve found the more you allow intuition to lead the more life will flow with ease. The more we can adapt and change with any challenge or situation we’re faced with, the more open we will be to receiving new opportunities.

LIFE IS ABOUT BALANCE. When we learn to let go of what we can’t control, we start to appreciate what’s truly important. Find balance in your daily routine.....eat a balance of healthy food, have a balance of exercise, balance your thoughts. But remember its also good to be able to adapt and change your routine, the more you can practice adapting to any situation the more your life will flow with ease.

ABOVE ALL, REMEMBER TO BREATHE. If you feel yourself becoming anxious, focus on your breathing - this will bring you back to the present moment. Also try thinking of three things you’re grateful for each day. BALANCE. ADAPT. BREATHE. GRATITUDE.
