Super bowls: our food philosophy

Lemony greens, tahini-dressed butter beans, harissa-baked sweet potatoes, beetroot pesto and tumeric-roasted cauliflower: our colourful mezze bowls are crammed full of superfoods. Bursting with goodness and full of flavour, they're a perfect illustration of the food we cook fresh in our kitchen. But the dishes themselves are only half the story. We source our food locally, keeping food miles to a minimum whilst championing the area's best producers, like our friends at Dinton Farm. We're lucky to have such a lovely local larder and we think having the pick of rural ingredients makes every bowl we serve taste that little bit extra special.
